I was just reading what you guys have set up, just for fun i guess. My opinion is that if they don't have a high enough fraggrate (especially if its really close), s/he should just not really be able to participate in matches until they get a higher FR, or you can even go one step further and say that people with FR of lower than 1.50 (or whatever you want) shouldn't be able to participate in TWL matches. I think you guys should also add a "must play with an admin who accesses his/her skill level before becoming a full member" or whatever. You guys defiantly have what it takes to be an extremely good competitive team (You guys bring down my FR when im against you =( haha) and i think its perfectly reasonable to accept/reject recruits based on skill for you guys. Maybe i just don't really know what im talking about, since my clan is kinda "non-competitive" to say the least...

i have a fr below 1.0 but that is because i started it when i was playing on new maps and trying to get the feel for them. So instead of my usual 1.2 its like a .79 right now. If we do that no one can play on their sucky maps or their fr would drop to low.

A 1.00 FR is easy to get on any given server at any given time, but If you take a player, like me for instance, who started their account when they first started playing AA (back when they did what a hoover did,) then it's a semi realistic challenge. I can get anywhere from a 1.0 to a 4.3 (I only did it once recently, but still it made me happy) if I just go and play on some server, but to maintain the rate is a challenge, so I think the 1.00 is a good idea.
And the recruit thing is a pretty good idea, never thought of something like that but it sounds practical.

I think if someone really wants to join and is bellow the requirements he can just be on our servers a lot, we have made exceptions already, mrsdog and vendetta are two examples

I just want to ask I there any chance that this system can work like in ICON clan ? So when someone join us for examle with FR 0.8 he can be our recruit until he reach FR 1 or above and then he can be honored member of a team ?

i agree with that, if we are going to play in twl we need a lot of experienced players, and a fr of 1 is not a that hard requirement, everyone can get that

I dont say FR is everything but it tells good informations about the players, my FR is high but as other said some guys like killswitch will beat me with a 1.5 FR. But when a player with a 2.5 FR is looking for a clan, and he checks out our tracker and see everyone has like FR of 0.3 to 1.6, then he will probly go elsewhere. We have many members and I think we have the right to set the bar higher. if a player is really good and his fragrate is under 1, its means he hasnt been playing serious, if he is good he can reset it and get it over 1. a one fragrate isnt hard at all to get, if they cant I doupt they will finish first in matches twofast, I would challenge anyone with a fragrate under 1 to finish with higher score then me in a match. its a verry small requirement for a clan looking to be competitive.

The only time FR means anything is if someone has a high fr with a lot of experience on all the maps. I've got a 2.4 fr, but guys in my clan with 1.5 will still kick my butt on any given day. Besides, we all learn to become better players. Hell, I started out at 1.18 with 1000 something kills and I brought it to what it is now. The only people who you will attract with a rule like that are fr whores.

i have a 1.15 fr, but thats usually because when im in the server im more busy with talking to other people then with killing. If i would play more serius, i prolly would have a better fr... i can remember a great match on blizzard where i owned everyone that was probably the last time i owned

shadow is right, if we start taking people with less the one fragrate we wont get anywhere in matches. If we wanna be at least a bit competitive we would need people with 1.5 and higher. last clan we played against had 3 guys over 2 and one with a 3 fragrate, thats the kind of clan we might fight in TWL. I dont feel like refusing people in matches because they cant shoot. fragrate also gives a good idea of the experience.

Ok I agree with like 99.5% of that, except for the frag rate part. I dont even have a 1.0 FR even though I have been playing better than 1.0 for some time, its just that my tracker has been set up for almost a year and has to catch up with my bad months. We already have members who dont have a 1.0 fr so making the requirement a 1.0 is almost bs. We need to set it at like .85 or .9 but not 1.0.
